31 Mai Chocolate Immersion
A few days ago three classes – 1ek, 3ew and 4ew – made their way to Riegersburg to visit the well-known chocolate manufacturer ZOTTER. All students and accompanying teachers alike were excited about the trip to taste all the varieties of chocolates that are produced there. However, we also learned about the harvesting of the cocoa beans, fair trade and the numerous steps towards the finished products in an entertaining video in English. Zotter praises itself for the “bean-to-bar“ approach and the 500 different flavours you can get there. Thanks to the fine weather we were also able to enjoy the Edible Zoo and the new Art Park.
