As the fourth year as an English class is slowly coming to an end, we decided to have some extra fun and spent our 3^rd English afternoon with molecular gastronomy, bubble tea and cocktails. While the Cola caviar was a success and improved our fancy cocktails, the fake (blueberry) mozzarella turned out a bit messy – but that´s science!
